Butchery Course - 18th August 2008
Learning to cut up Lamb with Lester the butcher.
No previous experience needed.
All safety equipment and knives provided.
Each person will be able to cut up a lamb, which is provided, under the
instruction of the butcher.
This will include boning cutting, tying joints even sharpening knives etc.
The day is from 9.30 until 16.00hrs with a Cornish lunch provided.
Cost for the whole day is £100 per person.
