Dupath farmhouse is approximately 250 years old and, although just over a
mile from the centre of Callington and about 1/4 mile from the main road, it is set in the quiet of the coutryside.
We have two letting rooms available.
The spacious family room has a double bed and 2 single beds and a view of our farmland, often complete with livestock, and Dartmoor in the distance.
The twin/double room is also large and looks towards Kit Hill, a local monument set in the Countryside Park.
Outside the house there is ample parking room for any type of vehicle - we have even had a helicopter here!
Dupath Well, one of the largest Holy Wells in Cornwall, is approx 100m from the house.
